• Setting up and attending all initial service provider meetings.

This service is designed for the couple that wants to plan their wedding themselves but could use some professional guidance along the way. We serve as a source of inspiration and advice. We will provide you guidance along the way and near the end, we will be there to pull it all together in one detailed wedding day time line.

The package includes:

• Detailed meetings to include exchange of ideas with regard to the style of your wedding, design concepts, wedding budget, etiquette and other wedding related questions.
• List of vendors best suited to your style and budget. We will work closely with you and each vendor to ensure your ideas are properly reflected throughout the planning process.
• Review all executed contracts and discuss wedding budget.
• Customized planning schedule.
• Follow-up calls for advice, guidance and support.
• Final meetings to discuss and produce a wedding day time line.
• On site coordination and management of the wedding day.

Wedding Director

Our most popular package! By entrusting the coordination of your wedding day to a professional, you can celebrate your wedding with a full heart and complete peace of mind. To ensure that every detail of your wedding goes as planned, down to the smallest minutia, the process of understanding your vision and expectation takes time. We wish to spend time with you three weeks prior to the event.

The package includes:

• Managing and coordinating the event, including rehearsal, ceremony and reception. This includes taking you through the cake cutting, first dance and the party begins ... (ask about our additional service time).
• Creation and execution of wedding day time line.
• Managing the day's events and coordinating the vendors.
• Crowd control.
• Ownership of onsite challenges through creative solutions.
